My Travel Journals, Enhanced at GPSMyCity~

Some of you already know that travel has been intrinsic to my artistic work, and that I document my travels. What can make my journals even more useful for you? A selection of my travel journals are now available in enhanced format on GPSMyCity. This tool allows you to download my articles, complete with embedded GPS navigation guides. It’s like having me as your virtual travel-friend, whispering insider tips in your ear and pointing you toward some of my favorite places and experiences that you might else-wise miss…

My articles on GPSMyCity are individual apps that you can download for free, allowing you to read my articles offline from any location without needing an internet connection. Upgrading for a small fee extends that access with an offline map showing the points of interest from my articles, and embedded GPS to help you navigate the city once you arrive there.

The full articles are featured in the app on Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Download the app to your mobile device to read my articles offline and create your own self-guided walking tour. The app works offline, so no data plan is needed when you are traveling abroad.

To introduce you to this feature on GPSMyCity, I have submitted the following four articles as “Insider Tips” and am making them available in their full versions, completely FREE of charge from December 15-28, 2025.

Click below to access my selection of Insider Tips, FREE during this 2 week introduction!

Postcards from Marrakech

Morocco: Casablanca

Crossroads Tour: Genova

Bastide Saint Louis, Carcassonne

Take advantage of this free period to give GPSMyCity a spin!  If you like what you see, you can subscribe annually to access the full library of over 6500 guided city walks from over 1000 cities worldwide. You will find some of my other Insider Tips there as well, including Carcassonne Begins, Walking the Ramparts of Carcassonne, Morocco: Rabat, Morocco: Chefchaouen Guide, and one of my favorites from Morocco, Skoura and the Kasbah Amridil.

I am planning my next trip using this app! Drop me a comment and let me know where you are going next!

Happy (and informed) travels!
